No One Made Another Dime Dying Early

Whether burn out is self imposed or imposed by current economic conditions, cracks are forming in our facade and we are skipping inspection.

You’re working too many hours and literally dying inside… you know it but don’t want to admit it… or you don’t know it and don’t think death will come for you. Maybe you are chasing money and see working as a path to power, the admiration of others, and your duty to be a high-performer. Here is the real problem: you won’t make another dime dying early.

In America, it’s pretty common to see people working a lot of hours. It’s even more common that people are working more than one job or “side hustles” to make ends meet with astonishingly high inflation over the last few years. People are burning out. You can see it in the way they drive. You can see it in the way they treat others. You can see it in their social media posts. You can see it in the demeanor of their children.

Whether burn out is self imposed or imposed by current economic conditions, cracks are forming in our facade and we are skipping inspection.

Don’t ignore your health and mind. Taking care of your health and mind will make you more productive later in life and will allow you to live longer. When you are more productive later in life and living longer, you can do more of what your life’s mission is. You can add more value to the world because you will be at your wisest, probably wealthiest, and most connected ever in your life. You might even live long enough to see the end of mortal diseases entirely.

Imagine that.
