If you’re not 100% satisfied with consulting, advice, or approach with you, ETHOS DIA LLC will guarantee your money back with the terms below. If you’re not satisfied, we don’t want to accept your hard-earned cash.

eBook Terms

E-books have a 14-day 100% money-back guarantee.

Remote Session Terms

Remote single sessions of 1-hour or less have a 7-day 100% money-back guarantee. Because ETHOS DIA LLC will pay out-of-pocket transaction costs, we will require a quick phone or video session explanation of why the session did not meet your needs so we can improve future sessions with customers.

In-person Session Terms

Given the higher costs of these sessions, there are a few more terms than lower-cost sessions. Initial in-person sessions where we travel to your location will be refunded, less any travel costs already purchased and any transaction fees, typically 3%.

Premium Code

No Software Warranty. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the use of the Software is at Buyer’s sole risk. The Software and related documentation are provided “AS IS” and without any warranty of any kind and ETHOS DIA LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS WITH THE CUSTOMER. SHOULD THE SOFTWARE PROVE DEFECTIVE, THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTION.
