Sometimes new challenges come into your life that force immediate change. For me, recently, that change has been a new child. A first child. I just suddenly ran out of time in my day.
To address the need to maximize my time, I filled out all the buckets of time in my day by efficiently adding calendar events (which I discussed in this blog post).
I also noticed coffee was disrupting my day, causing me to lose sleep, get massive headaches, and more. I switched to tea & ginseng to replace coffee.
