Remote Session Terms

Remote single sessions of 1-hour or less have a 7-day 100% money-back guarantee. Because I will pay out-of-pocket transaction costs, I will require a quick phone or video session explanation of why the session did not meet your needs so I can improve future sessions with customers.

In-person Session Terms

Given the higher costs of these sessions, there are a few more terms than lower-cost sessions. Initial in-person sessions where I travel to your location will be refunded, less any travel costs already purchased and any transaction fees, typically 3%.
